8 week Health and Fitness Programme run by Irene Ní Fhlannúra and Mark Evans in Feothanach Hall begins on Monday 30th January 7-9pm. Each week participants will receive a 7 day food and fitness plan which promotes healthy weight loss. Weekly weigh ins to monitor fat loss will help to keep participants on track to their weight loss goals. A weekly circuit training class is included to get you moving the right way for losing body fat.
